As a Product Specialist Intern, the role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling you to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to shaping new solutions.

You will be part of the Innovation, Research & Advanced Solutions division, working on cutting-edge Smart Home and IoT technologies that are shaping the future of energy efficiency and comfort.

What You’ll Do

- Deep analysis of market dynamics, customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insights and opportunity identification
- Assist in gathering and structuring business and functional requirements for dedicated solutions
- Contribute to the preparation of product documentation, presentations and internal reports
- Support project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress, helping identify risks or improvement areas
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, Connectivity, Electronics) to follow the development of product features




- Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

- Master’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electronics) or Economics/Business with a technical focus
- Strong interest in Home Energy Management, connected products or energy systems
- Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English and Italian, German is a plus
