ppDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /p pbJob Description /b /p pbBESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer - CI Projects /b /p pbPosition Overview /b /p pThe bBESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (CI) /b is responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of bCommercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects /b after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. /p pThis role takes full ownership of the project from bcontract handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service /b, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to technical specifications. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pb1. Project Handover Planning /b /p ul liTake over BESS projects from the bsales and presales teams /b after contract signing. /li liReview technical proposals, system configurations, and commercial scope. /li liDevelop project execution plans including timelines, resource planning, and site coordination. /li liConfirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers. /li /ul pb2. Project Delivery Implementation /b /p ul liManage the bend-to-end delivery of CI BESS projects /b. /li liCoordinate with EPC partners, installers, and subcontractors for system installation. /li liEnsure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /li liMonitor site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. /li liManage equipment logistics, delivery, and installation activities. /li /ul pb3. Commissioning System Integration /b /p ul liLead or support bBESS commissioning activities /b, including:



/li liSystem functional testing /li liEMS / PCS / BMS integration /li liGrid connection and verification /li liWork with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. /li liEnsure the system operates according to performance specifications. /li /ul pb4. Customer Support After-Sales Service /b /p ul liProvide btechnical support and service coordination /b after project commissioning. /li liManage maintenance schedules and service activities. /li liTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with OEMs or suppliers if needed. /li liMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. /li /ul pb5. Documentation Reporting /b /p ul liPrepare project documentation including: /li liCommissioning reports /li liAs-built documentation /li liOperation and maintenance manuals /li liTrack project progress and provide regular internal updates. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p ul liDegree in bElectrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy /b, or related field. /li lib3-7 years of experience /b in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems. /li liExperience in bCI energy storage or distributed energy projects /b preferred. /li liUnderstanding of BESS components including: /li liBattery systems /li liPCS / inverters /li liEMS / monitoring systems /li liExperience in bproject delivery or field engineering /b. /li /ul pbSkills /b /p ul liStrong project coordination and communication skills /li liProblem-solving and troubleshooting capability /li liFamiliarity with renewable energy systems /li liAbility to work with customers, EPCs, and suppliers /li liWillingness to travel to project sites when required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
