- Excellent RatesWe’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of IT delivery for a major new building and expansion project in Catania, Italy.This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll act as the key interface between local and global IT teams, construction and facilities teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers, ensuring that all IT requirements are designed, delivered, tested and successfully transitioned into operation.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of IT infrastructure, LAN/WLAN, ISP and network connectivityCoordinate integration with global network architecture, routing, firewalls and security policiesManage requirements for Lab IT, workplace IT, meeting rooms and video conferencingCoordinate IT requirements with Facility Management, construction teams and external suppliersWork closely with global Connectivity, Lab IT, Workplace IT and WAN teamsCoordinate rack layouts, patch rooms, UPS,



patch panels and network infrastructureLead migration, testing, acceptance and cutover activitiesDevelop cutover plans, rollback strategies, go/no-go criteria and implementation runbooksEnsure accurate project, network, workplace and decommissioning documentationDrive projects through to successful implementation while managing stakeholders, risks and dependenciesExperienceProven experience xysqume in IT Project Management, ideally within complex/global IT environmentsGood understanding of network infrastructure, connectivity and workplace ITExperience working with construction, facilities, site IT or office relocation/expansion projectsStrong stakeholder and supplier management skillsExcellent organisational, communication and documentation abilitiesProactive, structured and comfortable managing multiple workstreamsFluent Italian and English communication skills
