Are you looking for your **first professional experience** in an international company? We are looking for a **Junior Operations Specialist** to join our team in Castelazzo Bormida. This is a great opportunity to **learn step by step, develop practical skills, and gain hands-on experience** in customer management, logistics, and operations. **No previous experience is required - we will train you from the beginning.** You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive **structured training**, allowing you to progressively take ownership of your responsibilities. **Responsibilities**
During your first months, you will learn how to: - Support the preparation of sales quotations- Manage and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
- Assist with shipments and basic warehouse operations (packing,



preparation of goods, etc.)
- Work with the internal company system (ERP - training provided)
- Support the sales team with operational and administrative tasks
- Perform other daily support activities within the team Your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience. **Requirements**: - Degree in Business, Economics, Science or similar is a plus, but not mandatory
- Fluent Italian + good English level (B2 minimum)
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
