The role includes also tasks linked to technical continuous improvement of existing processes with a focus on efficiency, design for manufacturing, and standardization. **Roles And Responsibilities**
- Manage robotics and automation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Conduct thorough technical and cost feasibility analyses for proposed projects.
- Assess the potential benefits and risks associated with each project.
- Liaise with suppliers from the bidding phase through to project realization and testing.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
- Work closely with factory operators to develop practical and efficient automation solutions.
- Ensure that implemented solutions align with operational needs and enhance productivity.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution. **Required Qualifications**
- Education / Experience: Automation Engineering degree with proven professional experience; or equivalent experience.
- Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..)
- Programming languages (example: C++, Python..)
- Fluent English. **Preferred Skills**
- Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
