Your responsibilitiesResponsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directives
Manages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Oversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities.
Drives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline Engineering
Preparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations
Responsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards
Your experiencesEngineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years' experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.
Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.
Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs;, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor,



MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Additional languages are a plus.
