/p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Solution Consultant for Kubix Link is the project leader and key contributor in implementing Lectra's Kubix Link solution for customers.
/p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe main responsibilities of the Solution Consultant are: /p ul liEngaging with clients to identify needs and define high-level requirements.
/li liTranslating clients' requirements into detailed functional and technical designs.
/li liFacilitating alignments between design and development based on requirements.
/li liCollaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
/li liSupporting the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
/li liVerifying technical feasibility and supporting the execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
/li liTraining the client's project team on initial training, implemented solution, initial loading, and post go?live support (part of hypercare).
/li liManaging project timelines and resources.
/li liActing as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust.
/li liManaging communication with stakeholders.
/li liConducting project kick?off and establishing governance.
/li liOverseeing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality to ensure project success.
/li liMonitoring progress, ensuring readiness for each phase.




/li liCollaborating with solution consultants and development teams to define the project scope and boundaries.
/li liIdentifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
/li liManaging the Change Request process.
/li liManaging the project budget and financial aspects.
/li liReporting on project status.
/li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 pMaster's degree in one of the following fields: software engineering, computer science, digital technologies, electronics, Information Systems or related area will be required.
/p p5 years or above working experience will be a minimum, including 3 years in the field of "enterprise" software solutions' implementation such as PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, etc.
/p pExperience in Fashion industry is a plus, along with the number of different positions occupied covering different levels of the product lifecycle management (Line Planning, Costing, Creation, Pattern design, Manufacturing, Sourcing...) /p h3KEY COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liBusiness knowledge: capacity to understand fashion clients' needs and fashion processes (design, development, merchandising, supply chain, quality).
/li liFashion Technology Fluency: capacity to understand key processes and technologies relevant to the fashion industry, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, particularly in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
/li liSolution design knowledge: ability to create effective solutions tailored to meet specific client needs, including defining a data model and contributing to the integration of the solution within existing systems and processes.
/li liRequirements management: capacity to effectively collect, formalize,



and validate requirements from stakeholders and translate them into specifications to ensure that all needs are accurately captured and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liStakeholders management: ability to effectively communicate with, lead, and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative project success and alignment with customer needs.
/li liProject Planning: ability to develop comprehensive project plans that encompass risk management, budgeting, cost control, performance monitoring, and overall project timelines.
/li liProject Management Processes, Methodology, Tools Softwares: proficiency in applying project management processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure project quality, manage change, and incorporate customer feedback effectively.
/li liOrganizational Skills: ability to effectively manage resources, time, and documentation to ensure that projects operate smoothly and efficiently.
/li liFluency in Italian is a must.
Professional working fluency in English is appreciated.
/li /ul h3TRAVEL /h3 pLectra offers a hybrid working model that allows employees up to 70 remote working days per year, subject to business needs and company policy.
/p pThis role involves regular travel to customer sites throughout Italy to support project delivery and customer engagement activities.
While travel frequency may vary according to business and customer requirements, candidates should be comfortable travelling on a regular basis, with a maximum expected frequency of approximately one trip every two weeks.
The role is based at Lectra's office in Milan.
/p h3COMPENSATION /h3 pThe compensation for this position ranges between EUR ****** and EUR ****** gross per annum.
/p pThe job level and contractual terms will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's experience and competencies, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria, and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
/p pThe overall compensation package, including any additional benefits, will be defined based on a structured assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role, in line with the company's compensation framework and policies.
