brpb Responsibilities /b /pulli Partner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.
/lili Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.
/lili Support production departments in managing EBR events /lili Review batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
/lili Manage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified /lili Perform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
/lili Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
/li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...)
