/ppThis role will act as a strategic partner, capable of optimizing processes while actively fostering a collaborative environment and effective communication across departments.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the definition of corporate objectives and monitor key KPIs, contributing to the overall vision and achievement of results; /liliLead cross-functional and transversal initiatives, particularly those without a clearly defined owner within the organization; /liliAct as a liaison between the COO and both internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication materials such as speeches, Board of Directors presentations, and company newsletters; /liliFilter and manage requests addressed to the COO,



independently resolving operational matters and ensuring that management remains focused on high-impact activities.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Management, Business, or Marketing; /lili+5 years of experience in a similar role; /liliKnowledge of the fashion industry and its organizational dynamics; /liliExcellent knowledge of English; /liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office; /liliLeadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility; /liliAnalytical mindset and solid project management skills; /liliDiscretion, professional presence, and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive and/or confidential matters.
