The Physical Therapist Assistant shall implement the plan of care as established by the RPT and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.
/pulliAssociate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
/liliCertification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
/liliActive state license required.
/liliExcellent organizational and time management skills /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliPossess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
/liliCompletion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
