pbAbout the Role /b /ppAviomar Flight Academy is seeking qualified and motivated Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs) to join our instructional team at our Monterotondo Training Centre. /ppThe successful candidates will deliver classroom-based theoretical knowledge instruction for our professional pilot training programmes, including: /pulliEASA ATPL theoretical knowledge subjects /liliAircraft Type Rating theoretical knowledge training /liliInitial, recurrent and other advanced professional pilot training programmes /li /ulpAll training is delivered in person at our training centre. This is not a remote or online teaching position. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDeliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with approved ATO training programmes and applicable EASA requirements. /liliProvide classroom instruction for ATPL subjects and/or aircraft Type Rating courses, according to the instructor's qualifications and experience. /liliPrepare and deliver structured lessons, presentations and classroom briefings. /liliSupport students and professional pilots throughout their theoretical training. /liliAssess student progress and provide appropriate feedback. /liliMaintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with ATO procedures. /liliParticipate in instructor standardisation activities and support the continuous improvement of training material. /liliMaintain a professional, operationally relevant and competency-focused approach to instruction. /li /ulpbr/ppbCandidate Profile /b /ppCandidates should have one or more of the following backgrounds:
