ph3POSITION SUMMARY: /h3 pManage and develop the objectives of the Surgical BU which bases its main pillars in the minimally invasive surgery sector (MiniLap® Percutaneous Surgical System to Weck® Hem-o-lok® Polymer Locking Ligation System, and Weck EFx® Shield™ Fascial Closure System) and Stoma Care devices (as exclusive Welland distributor for Italy). The assigned territory will be west Sicily (the whole of Sicily only for Stoma care devices) /p h3PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liOwner of the sales process being responsible for the promotional activity on your territory. /li liIdentify and support field sales efforts through customer needs assessment, product training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up (i.e., letters, approved product information, samples). /li liConstant presence and support in the operating room. /li liAnalyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. /li liReporting on territory sales result (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually). /li liParticipate in scientific and promotional activities at all identified local, regional, and exhibitions (this may also include training and presentations). /li liWork cooperatively with Corporate Accounts to support corporate customers (GPO’s, IDN’s, government facilities, etc.) with product information, product training, accurate cross-references and other technical information about Teleflex Medical products.



/li /ul h3EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liEducated to degree level in Healthcare or Nursing or with a proven equivalent work experience in the clinical specialty area, medical device sales or medical product training (as Sales representative/Territory Manager/Sales Specialist) this role would suit an individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience selling into the laparoscopic market. /li liAble to support Surgical procedures in the Operating room. /li liProven knowledge and relationship with main stakeholders within the territory: General Surgeons, Urologists, Gynecologists, Purchase Departments. /li liProven written and oral English knowledge – B2 level desirable. /li liGeneral proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. /li liFamiliarity with CRM and sales tools. /li liPreferably province based: Palermo /li /ul h3SPECIALIZED SKILLS OTHER REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liEnsure that all sales activities adhere to relevant medical device industry and Company regulations and compliance standards. /li liStrong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to work with internal teams to resolve any operational or logistical challenges impacting sales. /li liPrioritizing, time management and organizational skills. /li /ul h3Budgeted Salary Range: /h3 p40.000€ - 55.000€ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
