With a rich heritage of technological innovation and a forward-thinking approach, we lead the energy transition through engineering excellence, cutting-edge technology and strong and dynamic execution capability. /p pTecnimont is looking for a bHR Expatriates Management Specialist /b to join the bHuman Resources /b Function /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pYou will be supposed to: /p ul limonitor all aspects of HR reports metrics, for assigned management team, ensuring that application of local labor terms conditions are equitable and legally compliant /li liplan workforce, ensuring vacancies are dealt with in timely manner through re-assigning existing employees and/or recruitment of key positions. /li lisupport Milan HQ in managing Expatriates hired locally for the project and assure full compliance with local law /li limanage personnel hired locally in full compliance with local law /li lidrive local payroll implementation including timesheet and expense report issues /li linegotiate salary conditions and employment contract with candidates /li liinitiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees, and initiate all necessary legal entity and/or client immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements /li liassist employee upon his HR queries during his service life in the company /li liprovide advice and support on Compensation Benefit questions policy applications, such as incentives, annual merit review, internal salary equity analysis, etc. /li /ul h3Requirements and Skills /h3 ul lieducation:
bachelor/master's degree in economics or Humanities. A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a strong plus; /li li2-4 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position; /li listrong generalist HR knowledge /li lisignificant experience in working successfully in a multinational organization, consistent with the relevant field /li licross cultural awareness /li liavailability to be relocated abroad /li liability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment /li lidevelop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills /li liexcellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of organizational ability /li lifluent English spoken and written /li lireal willingness to be relocated abroad. /li /ul h3Contract Type and Classification /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent /li liApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /li liJob classification level: White Collar Employee, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 43.000. /p pThe compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements,
