Audits are primarily conducted to ensure the consistent application of Stellantis warranty policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and fairness across the dealer network. /ppThe Dealer Auditor will also be responsible for bpreparing and communicating audit-related information /b, such as bnotification letters and specialized reports detailing audit results /b, and in maintaining the audit tools. /ppAdditionally, the Dealer Auditor will maintain oversight of bStellantis’ warranty policies and programs, performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to improve internal and external processes /b and system functionality. /ppThe candidate will be based in Turin , with travel up to 100%, and will report to a Dealer Audit Lead Auditor. /ppCandidates may be requested to assist with other dealer audit activities (e.g. Sales). /ppbr/ppbBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: /b /ppbr/pp· Master’s Degree /pp· bA minimum of 5 years /b professional working experience in Auditing, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related technical automotive industry experience /pp· Automotive (Technical) – In-depth knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures. /pp· Strong computer skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration Version)
