ppChief Information Security Officer Datalogic Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy /p pJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and continuously strengthen Datalogic’s global cyber security posture across IT, OT, cloud, applications, identity and compliance.Combining strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, you will define security standards, policies, controls and roadmaps while embedding cyber security into projects, daily operations, vendor management, audits and product initiatives.You will protect critical information and industrial assets, safeguard business continuity and enable secure innovation through pragmatic risk management and effective collaboration. You will also partner with our RD teams on product cyber security initiatives, promoting security‑by‑design principles. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the global cyber security roadmap, translating it into priorities, initiatives, KPIs, investments and measurable risk reduction. /li liSupport the Group CIO in defining the security strategy, budget and executive reporting. /li liDevelop and enforce global security policies, standards, procedures and hardening baselines. /li liOversee security across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud and on‑premises environments. /li liLead incident response governance, escalation, post‑incident reviews and corrective actions. /li liOversee SOC and SIEM services, improving monitoring, detection, logging and perimeter coverage. /li liStrengthen identity and privileged access management, access reviews and recertification. /li liPartner with Infrastructure, Operations and RD to enhance OT and product security, including segmentation, firewall governance and vulnerability management. /li liMaintain the global cyber risk register and remediation roadmap. /li liEnsure alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls,
GDPR and other relevant requirements. /li liLead security audits, vendor risk assessments and customer security reviews. /li liMaintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for global IT infrastructure. /li liManage and develop the security team, collaborating across IT, Legal, Compliance, HR and Facilities. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 7 years in cyber security within software, technology or manufacturing environments. /li liExperience leading cyber security in global or multi‑site organisations. /li liStrong knowledge of hybrid ICT architectures across on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments. /li liSolid understanding of networking, virtualisation, endpoint security, identity and access management, OT security and incident response. /li liExperience with audits, compliance, vendor risk and security frameworks. /li liPrevious people‑management experience. /li liStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business priorities. /li liPragmatic, collaborative and outcome‑oriented approach. /li /ul h3What we Offer /h3 pJoin an international technology group where cyber security is central to business resilience, product innovation and customer trust.This role offers global exposure, direct interaction with senior leadership and the opportunity to shape Datalogic’s security posture across corporate and industrial environments. /p h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liAnnual Base Salary (RAL): 55,000 - 70,000 /li liVariable compensation /li liWelfare and benefits package /li liContract type: Permanent / CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica C011 /li /ul pThe final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
