This includes a no-code Agentic AI Builder that empowers business users to create autonomous agents without writing a single line of code, and an Agent Governance Platform designed to deploy, monitor, and secure agents at scale across the enterprise. /p pTHE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES /p pAs a Field Delivery Engineer, you will translate HCL Software’s Agentic Platform into customized, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments. /p ul liTranslate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure. /li liBuild APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems.



/li liProvide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines. /li liLead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximize adoption and ROI. /li liProactively document solutions, configurations, and known issues to build shared knowledge across the delivery community. /li /ul pREQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS /p pMust-Have /p ul li7+ years of experience in software solutions, technical architecture, or IT consulting. /li liBE/BTech (or above) in Computer Science or a related field. /li liProficiency in Python and/or Java for building integrations and automation scripts. /li liStrong command of REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and frontend/backend fundamentals. /li liBackground in AI/ML integration, LLM deployment, or Autonomous Agent implementations. /li liExperience with advanced database management — including Vector and NoSQL databases. /li liFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. /li liCloud platform experience on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP. /li liStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul pNice-to-Have /p ul liHands‑on experience with HCL Software products or comparable enterprise software platforms. /li liExperience with legacy system modernisation and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar). /li liFamiliarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). xlwpduy /li liExperience delivering technical training or enablement programmes. /li /ul pCandidate Data Privacy Notice /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
