/p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC Refrigeration and Data Center market /li liCustomer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers /li liPosition Kelvion products at early project stage /li liTechnical and commercial negotiations /li liPreparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures /li liIdentify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them /li liPrepare the necessary market analyses /li liLead a team /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in HVAC Refrigeration, Data Center Business, Industrial Sales and Business Development /li liMechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience /li liStrong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics /li liCommercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge /li liSound understanding of marketing, management and commercial law /li liFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems /li liSelf-starter with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, leadership skills and a value-selling mindset /li /ul h3Compensation Working Conditions /h3 ul liGross annual salary: €70,000 - €75,000 /li liAnnual premio: 15% - 20% of gross annual salary /li liApplicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Terziario /li liSalary payments: 14 monthly salaries per year /liliWorking hours: 08:30 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 17:30 /li /ul pAt Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
