Accountable for learning governance, compliance training, capability building, LD technology ecosystem, vendor management, budget governance and learning impact measurement across markets. Act as a strategic partner in shaping and implementing the NWPB Talent Management Strategy, ensuring that learning and capability-building priorities accelerate the development of critical talent, strengthen succession pipelines, support internal mobility, and build future-ready leadership capabilities aligned with business transformation and growth objectives.
