Ensure transparency reporting and disclosure of transfers of value; /li liAudit: Lead internal compliance audits and manage corrective action plans; /li liSOPs: Develop, update, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures; /li liInternal Processes Procedures: Design and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks; /li liContract Drafting/Reviewing: Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements; /li liGeneral Legal Support: Provide day-to-day legal advice to all internal departments; /li liDebt Collection: Oversee recovery actions and manage outstanding receivables; /li liDisputes Management: Handle pre-litigation matters and coordinate external counsel in litigation cases; /li liSupport for: Regulatory, Quality, AIFA Relations, CRO; /li /ul h3Essential requirements: /h3 ul lifrom 5 to 10 years of Legal Compliance experience (at least 2/3 in Pharma Company or Pharma Consultancy); /li liPrior role as Head of Legal, Compliance Officer, or General Counsel; /li liExperience in multinational Company; /li liStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations; /li liExperience with anti-corruption frameworks and corporate liability models (e.g., 231); /li liSolid understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements; /li liExcellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. /li liExperience managing regulatory inspections and government authority interactions; /li liLaw degree or higher qualification; /li liFluency in English; /li /ul pWorkplace: Milan /p pRange Retributivo: RAL 50.000 € - 90.000 € /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
