Computer Engineering, or related fields /p /lilip5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts /p /lilipConsulting background with experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships. /p /lilipProven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents /p /lilipAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions /p /lilipExperience in defining and executing test plans (functional integration) /p /lilipSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence) /p /lilipStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills /p /lilipExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders /p /liliProfessional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and client discussions confidently in both languages. /lilipWillingness to travel domestically and internationally /p /li /ulh3What’s nice to have /h3ullipBackground in Java development is a plus, though this is not a coding role.
