Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppTo strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Order Specialist. /ppThe person will support the team in activities related to the B2B portal, account onboarding, order management through different sales channels, both EU and non-EU, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests. /ppbr/ppbThe person we are looking for will: /b /pullimanage activities related to the B2B portal; /lilicontribute to account onboarding on the B2B platform; /lilisupport the registration, management and monitoring of orders from different sales channels; /liliprocess requests for quotations and other documentation related to commercial transactions; /liliprovide customers with information regarding shipments, volumes, costs,



transport options and useful details for defining the shipping plan; /lilicollaborate with the Logistics team on shipment planning, taking into account volumes, payments, credit status and other operational requirements; /lilifollow up and monitor RMA cases, in coordination with the internal functions involved; /lilicollaborate with Customer Care in managing customer requests. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou are the right fit if you have: /b /pullia high school diploma or degree in Economics, Languages or related fields; /liliat least 1 year of experience in commercial back office, customer service, sales operations, order management or similar roles; /lilifluent Italian, C1 level; /liliexcellent English, C1 level; /liliknowledge of a second foreign language (French or German) would be considered a plus; /liliexcellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; /liligood confidence with digital tools, AI, management systems and operational platforms; /liliaccuracy, organisation and attention to detail; /lilithe ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy join us?
