Within this mission, the Heritage Archive Manager will play a central role in safeguarding over 140 years of jewelry, watchmaking and accessories heritage through the collection, classification, digitization, accessibility and valorization of historical and contemporary records, ensuring that Bvlgari’s past continues to inform and inspire its future. /p h3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3 h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liOversee the processing of historical archives, including inventory, intellectual and physical reclassification, and the preparation of ISAD-G-compliant finding aids; /li liCoordinate and provide methodological guidance to external service providers involved in archival processing activities; /li liSupport departments in improving document management practices, defining archival procedures and retention schedules, and training teams on best archiving practices; /li liManage incoming transfers and contribute to the implementation of an electronic archiving system for born-digital records; /li liLead the implementation and monitoring of IT solutions for the physical management and remote consultation of archives, from needs assessment to tendering, supplier evaluation and final selection; /li liCoordinate related projects and change management activities, ensuring alignment between archival requirements, business needs and external partners. /li liPlan, monitor and quality-control archive digitization campaigns, including image transfer and indexing for consultation and preservation purposes; /li liExplore and promote the application of artificial intelligence to archive management, heritage collections, and the post-processing and analysis of oral history interviews; /li liCoordinate oral history collection campaigns,
