pWe are looking for a middle/senior role in group of Total Rewards office. /ppThe main goals are to support the development, implementation, and administration of the Rewards initiatives and act as an advisor to HR Business Partners in the different countries. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliHelp drive the digital annual compensation cycle and bring ideas and solutions for future design and process improvements. /li /ulpbr / /pulliWork on creation and delivery of Rewards materials for the line and HR on total rewards topics and provide change management support. /li /ulpbr / /pulliParticipate in the development and implementation of global compensation initiatives, which include harmonizing short-term incentive programs, working on a recognition program or supporting initiatives linked to the European Pay Transparency Directive, or working on rewards communication. /li /ulpbr / /pulliSupport HR Business Partners and business leaders on pay-related matters, particularly compensation package when recruiting. Ensure programs are competitive and cost effective. /li /ulpbr / /pulliCarry out benchmarking exercises, support survey submissions, review of pay ranges and general analysis of market data. /li /ulpbr / /pulliConduct job evaluation as well as market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures as well as support work on revising governance of the job architecture and training local organizations. /li /ulpbr / /pulliHR analytics and reporting: together with the Total Rewards team and HRIS,
help build HR analytics to drive decision making around compensation and benefits. Help develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of the rewards programs. Knowledge of AI tools a plus. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Education: /strong /ppbr / /ppMaster degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills and Experience: /strong /ppbr / /pp5 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits in an international environment. Deep knowledge in: market pricing, job evaluation, and job architecture frameworks. Experience with vendor management and HRIS systems (e.G., SuccessFactors or Workday). /ppbr / /ppstrongTechnical Competencies: /strong /ppbr / /ppExperience with job classification systems and pay governance. Experience of WTW job grading an advantage. /ppStrong analytical, reporting and data visualization skills to support data driven decision making. /ppProficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, etc.). /ppAttention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling /ppProject management skills and ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders. /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Behaviours and Competencies /strong /ppCustomer focus and effective communication and relationship-building skills. /ppProblem-solving mindset, ensuring an equitable but pragmatic approach.
