ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p pWork closely with Technical Team, to support: /p ul liProject delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget /li liPost-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue /li liRegular order implementation report for management review /li liPerform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc. /li liDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults. /li liWork with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing /li liProfessional project management and regular update to customer about project status /li /ul pbRequirements:



/b /p ul liBachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors /li liFirst experience in IT Telecom service delivery /li liTechnical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc. /li liExcellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure /li liExcellent project management skills and communication skills /li liSelf-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment /li liFluent language skills in both Italian and English /li liITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage /li /ul pb*** Less experienced candidates will be considered as individual contributor. *** /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
