pHill International is hiring for a Project and Construction Manager for our main office in Rome, Italy. /ppPresence on-site during construction will be required. /ppAs Construction Manager, you will ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project cost and timelines. Your responsibilities will span all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pAs Project and Construction Manager, your role involves the day-to-day management of on-site construction and handover activities. You will work to administer project construction contracts, coordinate the efforts of contractors, handle permitting, and deal with utility agencies, as well as inspecting authorities. It will be your responsibility to follow up on all contracted deliverables and ensure quality assurance of the work performed by contractors. Additionally,



you will enforce the application of appropriate technical standards throughout the project and oversee contractors' scheduling, conducting, and documentation of construction meetings, including progress meetings, safety meetings, and inspections, while also distributing the minutes of these meetings. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the application and approval process for permits and approvals required for the project. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience /lili5 years of construction management experience /liliAn excellent level of English is mandatory /liliProven construction management experience in the hotel/hospitality or retail sector /liliThe ability to work in Power BI to produce project reporting with dashboards will be considered a plus /li /ulpProfessional accreditation as (PMI/PRINCE/AGILE or equivalent, LEED, or BREEAM) will be considered a plus /ppThe workplace will be in Rome but presence on project sites will be required within Italy /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
