Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. /ph3About the Role /h3pThe Engineering Coordination Lead supports the Engineering department in all administrative, organizational, and coordination activities, ensuring efficient operational processes, accurate management of technical documentation, and effective monitoring of maintenance activities, purchasing processes, compliance requirements, and technical authorization archives.
/ppThis role acts as a key point of coordination between Engineering and other departments, contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliManage and maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs, permits, certifications, and departmental archives. /liliCoordinate administrative activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. /liliSupport the creation, organization, and ongoing management of technical and authorization archives. /liliMonitor purchase orders, material requests, supplier documentation, and external contractor agreements. /liliAssist in the preparation, tracking, and control of the Engineering department budget. /liliPrepare periodic reports related to operational costs, maintenance activities, and departmental performance. /liliOrganize departmental meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. /liliManage internal and external correspondence for the Engineering department. /liliSupport audit processes, certifications, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. /liliCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure effective information flow and operational alignment. /liliCoordinate calendars, administrative deadlines, and planning activities for the Engineering team.
