Exide is looking for a bQuality Engineer /b reporting to the bSupervisor Internal Quality Plant /b. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving product and process quality standards through performance monitoring, non-conformity management, problem-solving coordination and operational support to production. The role will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance and the Quality Team to identify, analyze and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. bMain tasks: /b /p ul liMonitor quality performance of production lines and analyze quality KPIs (scrap, defects, complaints, PPM, blocked material); /li liManage internal non-conformities and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions; /li liCoordinate and lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and Root Cause Analysis; /li liMaintain and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, Work Instructions,



Inspection Standards and Visual Aids; /li liParticipate in PFMEA activities and support risk analysis reviews and improvement actions; /li liConduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) and support internal, customer and certification audits; /li liDeliver quality training to operators and team leaders, promoting a strong quality culture across the plant; /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce process variability. /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ul liPrevious experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive; /li liKnowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards; /li liGood knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D); /li liExperience with structured problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles; /li liEnglish level B1 or higher; /li liGood command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; /li liFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools; Minitab knowledge is a plus; /li liStrong communication and teamwork skills; /li liProactive attitude, technical leadership and problem-solving mindset; /li liAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a shopfloor environment. /li /ul pbExide offers: /b multinational company context, interesting salary package, company meals service and the opportunity to grow in an international environment. /p p-- /p pb(#J-ENTERPRISE) /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
