The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while contributing to the continued growth of our Fixed Income business. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsabilities /strong /pulliManage and develop relationships with a broad base of institutional clients, including Italian and international dealers, Hedge funds,Real money investors (asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies), Family offices, Other financial intermediaries and institutional investors /liliExecute transactions on a riskless principal basis primarily on Government Bonds, SSA (Sovereign, Supranational Agency) Bonds, Covered Bonds, Securities denominated in USD, GBP, and other non-euro currencies /liliLeverage the Bank’s execution platform and extensive network of market counterparties to facilitate client business and trade execution /liliTransfer and monetize an existing portfolio of institutional client relationships /liliOriginate and develop new institutional client relationships across domestic and international markets /liliContribute to revenue growth through active client coverage and business development /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMinimum 7 years of experience in fixed income sales, trading, or intermediation /liliExperience gained at Italian and/or international banks, brokers, or financial institutions /liliStrong knowledge of Government bond markets, SSA markets, Covered bond markets, Institutional fixed income trading dynamics /liliEstablished network of institutional clients with demonstrable revenue-generation potential /liliStrong commercial mindset and relationship management skills /liliAbility to work independently while contributing to team objectives /liliFluency in English is required; br / additional languages are considered a plus /liliProven ability to operate effectively in an international and highly competitive market environment /liliDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding commercial and revenue targets /li /ulpbr / /ppThe applicable CCNL is the one covering Quadri Direttivi e il personale delle Aree Professionali dipendenti dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali. /ppThe expected range salary (RAL) for this position is 70.000 – 90.000 per year with a classification within the Quadro Direttivo level. /ppThe salary band’s placement and the specific job level are determined at the offer stage in a transparent manner that aligns with the selected candidate's profile. /ppSalary levels are determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. /ppFor equivalent roles, we apply the same criteria, in compliance with Legislative Decree 96/2026, which transposed EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency into Italian law (Pay Transparency Directive). /p
