The ideal candidate is comfortable with complexity, solving hard problems and embracing AI is CX design. They have strong ideation skills, holistic systems thinking, deep attention to detail, with a passion for making difficult tasks into simple delightful experiences. In this role, this designer will work closely with product and engineering partners. Collaboration and product ownership is essential, as well as being a great communicator, who can align with stakeholders. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner closely with product and research to define a shared vision, grounded in deep customer data analysis. /li liRapidly produce flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interactions. /li liUse data and customer insights to present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership for review, feedback, and approval. /li liWork on design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.
