pThe Intern will join the Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) desk, supporting the syndicate team based in Milan, operating within an international, challenging and rapidly changing environment, which demands multi-tasking and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines. /ppThis experience will provide the intern with a unique opportunity to develop her/his knowledge of the Italian syndicated loan market, with a focus on loan distribution for large and mid-cap corporates, LBOs and asset-based finance projects (e.G. real estate and project finance). /ppbr / /ppThe candidate will be involved in: /pulliPreparation of internal presentations and pitches /liliPreparation of internal syndicated opinions to present financing opportunities to credit committees /liliLiaising with other teams (e.G. sales and origination teams, coverage etc..) in relation to transactions to be syndicated /liliPreparation of post-transaction memoranda /liliMarket, benchmark and comparable analysis through Dealogic,
