pstrongRDM Group /strong is looking for astrong IT Business Analyst /strong to join the strongIT Digital Team /strong based in strongMilan, Italy /strong. /ppbr / /ppThe IT Business Analyst supports the stronganalysis of business processes /strong and the collection of functional requirements,strong contributing to the implementation and continuous evolution of RDM Group's IT solutions /strong. The role acts as a strongbridge between business functions and IT /strong, supporting digital transformation initiatives and the strongadoption of Artificial Intelligence /strong solutions across the organization. /ppbr / /ppWorking closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and IT teams, the Junior IT Business Analyst helps improve operational efficiency, strongoptimize business processes /strong and support the Group's innovation roadmap. /ppbr / /ppstrongReports To: /strong IT Application Manager /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Accountabilities /strong /pulliSupport the collection and analysis of business requirements through interviews, workshops and collaboration with key stakeholders. /liliAnalyse and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to identify optimization opportunities. /liliCollaborate in strongdesigning IT solutions aligned with business needs /strong and company objectives. /liliPrepare functional documentation including business requirements, use cases, specifications and test cases. /lilistrongSupport User Acceptance Testing /strong(UAT) activities and solution validation phases. /liliMonitor, analyse and manage change requests and continuous improvement initiatives. /lilistrongSupport end-user training and adoption activities. /strong /liliCollaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors throughout project lifecycles. /liliContribute to the development, customization and maintenance of applications within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. /liliSupport the strongdesign,
development and governance of Artificial Intelligence solutions /strong and AI agents to enhance business processes. /liliIdentify AI-driven use cases and opportunities to increase efficiency and innovation across the organization. /liliProvide operational support to business users on IT-related topics when required. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pullistrongBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems /strong or related fields; br / /lili1–2 years of experience (including internships) in IT, business analysis, consulting or process improvement activities. /liliEnglish: Good written and spoken communication skills. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTechinical skill /strong /pullistrongBasic understanding of business processes /strong, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing environments. /liliKnowledge of business process analysis and process modelling methodologies. /liliBasic knowledge of strongMicrosoft Dynamics 365 /strong (Finance Operations) or similar ERP platforms. /liliBasic programming skills. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. /liliFamiliarity with project management methodologies is considered a plus. /liliFamiliarity with strongMicrosoft Power Platform /strong (Power Automate, Power Apps) is considered a plus. /lilistrongUnderstanding of core AI concepts /strong, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI and Large Language Models.
