And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /ppWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, bStellantis /b could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /ppbr/ppbPosition Summary /b /ppThe bProduction Unit Manager /b is responsible for leading all production and technical activities within the Finishing Unit, including bFinishing Operations, Supercubing and Heat Treatment Processes /b. /ppThe role is accountable for achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives through the effective management of production teams, shift supervisors and process engineering resources. /ppThe position provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary organization, ensuring operational excellence, process stability, workforce development and continuous improvement in line with business objectives and customer requirements. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead and coordinate all Production Unit activities, including Finishing, Supercubing and Heat Treatment operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, cost and delivery targets. /liliManage and develop a team of Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and Process Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. /liliEnsure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Corporate standards, promoting a zero-accident culture and supporting internal and external audits.



/liliDrive operational performance through the monitoring and analysis of KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. /liliEnsure product conformity to customer specifications and internal quality standards by promoting process discipline, standardized work and robust problem-solving methodologies. /liliLead the management of process deviations, quality concerns, customer issues and production disruptions, ensuring timely containment and permanent corrective actions. /liliCoordinate all technical activities within the Unit, providing direction and priorities to Process and Technical Specialists to improve process capability, efficiency and product quality. /liliEnsure the reliability and technical performance of equipment, collaborating closely with Maintenance teams to support Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and equipment improvement initiatives. /liliSupport the introduction of new products, process changes, industrialization projects and capital investments, ensuring proper validation, training and implementation. /liliDrive Lean Manufacturing and Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) methodologies, promoting kaizen activities, waste reduction, productivity improvements and best practice deployment. /liliDevelop workforce capabilities through coaching, training, succession planning and talent development initiatives. /liliManage workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure operational flexibility and efficient utilization of manpower across all shifts. /liliPromote strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Human Resources. /liliEnsure compliance with all customer, regulatory and certification requirements relevant to automotive manufacturing and aluminum foundry operations.



/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulli5-7 years of experience in similar role. /liliDegree in Engineering; a degree in Mechanical Engineering will be considered an asset. /liliPrevious experience as a Production Supervisor in a complex industrial environment with machining operations. /liliProven experience in people management and team leadership. /liliExperience in managing production activities and achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives. /liliAbility to monitor and improve operational KPIs through corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliExperience in process deviation management, problem solving and implementation of corrective actions. /liliKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools. /liliNative Italian and bEnglish proficiency at B2 level /b or above. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. /liliKnowledge of foundry processes, particularly finishing, supercubing and heat treatment processes, will be considered a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbSoft Skills /b /pulliProactive and motivated leadership style. /liliStrong problem-solving skills. /liliEffective communication skills with the ability to coach, engage and develop teams. /liliContinuous improvement mindset. /liliAbility to work effectively in fast-paced and complex industrial environments. /liliStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbOffer /b /pp· Salary range: from 45.000 € to 55.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /pp· Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /ppbr/ppbDisclaimer /b /ppAt bStellantis /b, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
