ppAn opportunity has arisen for an NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer to join a fast-growing international technology organisation developing innovative high-power charging solutions for the rapidly expanding e-mobility market. /p pWorking within a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment, you will act as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing, taking new products and major product changes from design release through prototype build, industrialisation, production readiness and into serial production. /p pApproximately 70% of the role is focused on manufacturing engineering and industrialisation, with 30% centred on project management and stakeholder coordination. You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently, reliably and at scale. /p pThis role would suit an experienced NPI Project Manager, Industrialisation Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager, NPI Project Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with strong project management experience and a hands‑on understanding of manufacturing. /p h3Main Responsibilities of the NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer (Bolzano): /h3 ul liLead the industrialisation of new and existing products from engineering release through prototype build, production readiness and volume production /li liAct as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing for NPI activities /li liManage interdisciplinary project teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment, Test, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality and Operations /li liPlan, execute and control industrialisation projects within agreed timelines and budgets /li liCoordinate design transfer, prototype builds, pilot production and production ramp-up activities /li liDefine production processes, manufacturing flows,



assembly methodologies and production routes /li liDevelop and maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs), production documentation and work instructions /li liCoordinate process planning including material flow, PFMEA, Control Plans and production readiness activities /li liIdentify manufacturing, process and supply chain risks and coordinate mitigation plans /li liIdentify equipment, tooling, automation and test system requirements /li liSupport CAPEX justification, equipment installation and commissioning projects /li liLead process validation, manufacturing trials and production readiness activities /li liParticipate in change board meetings and take ownership of major product or process changes /li liWork closely with Development Project Managers throughout the product development lifecycle /li liDrive continuous improvement during product introduction and production ramp-up /li /ul h3Requirements of the NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer (Bolzano): /h3 ul liProven experience within a Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation Engineering or NPI environment /li liExperience managing NPI activities from engineering release through to production launch /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing processes within an assembly, box-build or similar environment /li liExperience managing medium to large engineering or industrialisation projects /li liExperience transferring products from prototype into serial production /li liExperience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality,
