The successful candidate will be involved throughout the entire process, from gathering and formalizing business requirements to testing, deployment, and user adoption. Following the implementation, the person will become the key application expert, supporting its continuous evolution in line with business needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage IT projects end to end, from business requirements and functional design through development, testing, deployment, and implementation. /li liAct as a bridge between business teams and IT, gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business needs and translating them into functional specifications. /li liCoordinate project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, monitoring progress, deliverables, timelines, and costs.



/li liContribute to the selection and implementation of software solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders. /li liDefine and coordinate functional testing, acceptance activities, and data migration. /li liSupport the deployment of new applications and the evolution of existing solutions. /li liProvide functional support to users and contribute to training and change management activities. /li liEnsure the consistency of solutions with business processes and requirements. /li liBecome the functional expert for the new platform, supporting its continuous improvement and maximizing its value for the business. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSolid experience in bIT Project Management and Business Analysis /b within structured organizations. /li liStrong knowledge of enterprise information systems and business processes. /li liProven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and project coordination. /li liFamiliarity with project management methodologies and functional modelling. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluency in English. /li liKnowledge of the bSocial Selling /b sector and its trends is considered a strong plus. /li liAbility to work autonomously and effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams. /li liFlexibility, precision, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and complex projects. /li /ul pbLocation: /b Milan Area (Origgio) /p pbSalary range: /b € /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
