ph3Applied AI / Solutions Engineer (Generative AI AI Agents) /h3 /brpDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p /brpA fast-growing Italian startup is looking for an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to join its team and support the design, development, and adoption of innovative Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments. /p /brpThe role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, designing architectures, developing PoCs and MVPs, and supporting the implementation of AI systems and autonomous agents in real-world scenarios. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliAnalyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures. /li /brliDevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate AI solutions and business opportunities. /li /brliDesign and optimize RAG pipelines, advanced prompt engineering strategies, and AI Agent workflows. /li /brliIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing infrastructures. /li /brliEvaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance requirements. /li /brliSupport AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment. /li /brliCreate technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. /li /brliContribute to the optimization of AI solutions in terms of security, reliability, and scalability. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliExperience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems. /li /brliStrong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain,
