In both the Allison Transmission and Allison Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems business units, our team strives to Improve the Way the World Works. /p pLearn more about this role and how you can beginem driving your career forward! /em /ppbr / /ppstrongPosition summary /strong /ppWe’re looking for a strongPlant Quality Manager and Gran Rivoli Quality Coordinator /strong instrong Rivoli (TO). /strong /ppThis role is responsible for the overall management of the plant’s Quality Department and all related activities, acting as the primary quality contact for customers. /ppIn addition, the role is accountable for coordinating the Quality functions across all Gran Rivoli plants, ensuring alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement of quality standards and processes. /ppThe position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a member of the Plant Leadership Team. Within a matrix organization, it also receives functional guidance from the EU Operational Quality Lead and gran Rivoli Operations Lead. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain opportunities and challenges: /strong /ppThe role is focused on ensuring strong plant quality performance, with full responsibility for daily operations, customer satisfaction, and system compliance. Key opportunities include improving process control, reducing defects and COPQ, and building a solid, accountable quality team while supporting production and successful product launches. /ppThe main challenge is balancing day-to-day operational demands (customer issues, audits, production support) with continuous improvement and prevention, in a context of high customer expectations and production pressure. Coordination across Gran Rivoli plants adds complexity, but success depends primarily on delivering stable and reliable performance at the local plant level. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong /pp- Represent the strongVoice of the Customer /strong, ensuring “Ultimate Customer Satisfaction” by managing and strengthening customer relationships and facilitating all quality-related interactions. /pp- Lead and develop the Quality Department through a strongcollaborative approach /strong, ensuring effective team performance, capability building, and training aligned with customer requirements. /pp- Provide leadership and direction for all strongplant quality activities /strong, ensuring effective support to production and prompt resolution of quality issues. /pp- Coordinate and align the strongQuality Departments /strong strongacross three additional plants within the Gran Rivoli organization /strong,



ensuring consistency of standards, processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices. /pp- Prepare, manage, and control the strongdepartment budget /strong, ensuring alignment with and achievement of plant objectives. /pp- Define, monitor, and report all strongQuality KPIs /strong (e.g., External PPM, customer complaints, scorecards, scrap), driving actions to improve performance. /pp- Monitor and ensure compliance with strongcustomer quality /strong strongportals and requirements /strong, maintaining up-to-date standards and documentation. /pp- Maintain and continuously improve the strongQuality Management System /strong in accordance with strongIATF 16949, ISO 9001 /strong, and customer-specific requirements. /pp- Lead and/or support strongCorrective Action processes /strong strong(CARs), /strong including root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions. /pp- Drive and support strongContinuous Improvement initiatives /strong (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Red X, Black Belt programs), promoting a culture of operational excellence. /pp- Participate in and support the strongAdvanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) /strong process for new launches, ensuring successful strongSafe Launch /strong and strongPPAP /strong approval. /pp- Act as a key stronginterface between Plant and Divisional Quality functions /strong, ensuring alignment and effective communication. /pp- Monitor and control strongCost of Poor Quality (COPQ) /strong and other quality-related costs. /pp- Lead the management of strongcustomer complaints /strong, ensuring timely investigation and resolution through structured methodologies (e.g., strong8D /strong). /pp- Ensure the strongeffectiveness, capability, and development of the Quality Team /strong, enabling proper execution of all quality processes and systems. /pp- Oversee and ensure execution of the strongQuality Audit program /strong across all levels (process, product, system, and customer audits) /ppbr / /ppstrongJob position requirements /strong /ppEducation: University bachelor degree: Bachelor Degree in Engineering /ppbr / /ppstrongProfessional background /strong /pp• 5 years of experience as a supervisor; /pp• Tier1 automotive component supplier manufacturing experience preferred. /ppbr / /ppstrongHard skills /strong /ppEssential: /pp• Strong knowledge of strongblueprint and specification reading /strong, dimensional measurement, capability studies, strongGauge Repeatibility Reproducibility SPC /strong strong(Statistical Process Control) /strong,
