What You Will Really Do You won’t just support — you will be

Employee Engagement Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives Support internal events, communication, and team-building activities Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience To provide a courteous and professional service at all times. To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and a calm demeanour.

Recruitment & Employer Branding Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews) Collaborate with international schools and universities Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy

Onboarding & Training Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives Gain insight into how we grow and develop talent

HR Operations & Projects Support HR daily activities across all functions Participate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives) Work closely with department heads and leadership team
