Provide information to guests regarding our venues, menus and pricing /li liExplain how our wines, sake or champagne menu compliments the items on our food and dessert menu /li liEnsure all wines, sake and champagnes are presented and served correctly and all pouring techniques are adhered to as specified by company standards /li liInform and explain alternative wine, sake or champagne selections to guests should their choice be unavailable /li liProvide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guestsPractice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials /li liFollow and adhere to all standards set for by the Department of Health (DOH)
