Hayfin provides debt, equity and hybrid capital solutions to meet a range of financing needs for both corporates (sponsor and non-sponsor) and real asset owners. /ppYou will work as part of the asset management team on a broad range of real estate investments across the capital structure and asset classes – shopping centres, offices, hospitality and residential. The role is fast-paced, deal-focused, and involves oversight of a range of counterparties, including operating partners, technical advisors and brokers, as well as enhancing our data analytics capabilities.
