(tempo pieno) /ppThe role is strongly operational and requires a professional who will be actively involved in the daily bar service, working behind the bar alongside the team while also taking responsibility for the development of the strongcocktail menu and signature drinks /strong. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead the daily bar operations, working actively behind the bar during service /liliPrepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, aperitifs and other beverages /lilistrongDevelop and regularly update the cocktail and beverage menu /strong /lilistrongCreate and standardise Della Calza’s signature drinks /strong, developing original recipes in line with the identity and positioning of the property /liliDefine recipes, presentation, garnishes and preparation standards for the cocktail list /liliEnsure consistency in taste, presentation and execution across the entire bar team /liliCoordinate and support the bar team during daily service /liliOrganise mise en place, bar setup, opening and closing procedures /liliManage service flow, particularly during busy periods and private events /liliMonitor stock levels and support inventory,



ordering and product rotation /liliMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene /liliTrain bartenders and bar staff on cocktail preparation, service standards and new menu items /liliCollaborate with the FB and Events teams on dedicated beverage proposals for private events and special occasions /liliEnsure an attentive, professional and welcoming guest experience /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliPrevious experience as Head Bartender, Senior Bartender or in a similar role /liliStrong cocktail preparation and mixology skills /lilistrongExperience in cocktail menu development and signature drink creation /strong /liliGood knowledge of spirits, wines and beverage service /liliStrong operational approach and willingness to work actively behind the bar /liliAbility to coordinate and train a bar team /liliCreativity combined with attention to costs, consistency and execution /liliExcellent organisational and communication skills /liliAbility to work efficiently under pressure /liliFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and during events /liliGood knowledge of Italian and English /li /ulpWe are looking for someone with a strongstrong operational mindset and a creative approach to mixology /strong, capable of leading by example behind the bar while developing a distinctive beverage identity for Della Calza. /p
