Through this collaboration, the Group contributes to the revival and expansion of the iconic Orient Express brand within Italy's luxury hospitality landscape. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For /strong /ppReporting to the CEO/Board, and coordinating closely with the GM Hotels and GM Trains, the HR Director – Hospitality will define and lead the Group-level HR strategy for the entire luxury Hospitality division, spanning both hotel properties and premium rail operations. /ppThe role carries full strategic and operational responsibility for the HR function, overseeing an HR team structured across multiple locations and business units, and will act as the primary point of reference on all people-related matters, attracting, developing and retaining talent, building a distinctive company culture consistent with the brand's luxury positioning, and aligning HR policies with strategic business objectives. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Activities /strong /ppstrongHR Strategy Leadership: /strong /pulliDefine the Group HR strategy for the entire Hospitality division (hotels and trains), aligned with business objectives and the luxury positioning /liliLead, develop and mentor the HR team (HR Business Partners, Talent Culture Manager, Recruiting, LD, CB), ensuring consistency of approach across business units /liliSit on the Executive Committee as the primary point of reference on all people-related matters /li /ulpstrongTalent Acquisition Employer Branding:



/strong /pulliDefine the employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice in the luxury hospitality segment /liliOversee talent acquisition for corporate profiles, hôtellerie roles (front/back of house, FB, guest relations) and onboard/train personnel, including senior and highly specialised profiles /liliDevelop dedicated talent pipelines for the luxury sector (hospitality schools, management programmes, international partnerships) /li /ulpstrongCulture, Employee Experience Engagement: /strong /pulliBuild and safeguard a distinctive company culture, consistent with brand values and the standard of service excellence demanded by luxury clientele /liliDesign and monitor employee experience and engagement programmes, with particular focus on guest-facing personnel /liliLead Diversity, Equity Inclusion initiatives and organisational well-being programmes across multiple sites /li /ulpstrongLearning Development: /strong /pulliDefine the Group's learning and development architecture, including luxury service excellence pathways, leadership development and technical certification programmes /liliDevelop career paths and cross-business growth opportunities (mobility between hotels and trains) /liliOversee partnerships with training providers and leading hospitality institutes, nationally and internationally /li /ulpstrongPerformance Management Compensation: /strong /pulliDefine and govern the annual HR cycle: MBOs, performance evaluation, salary review and total reward systems across the division /liliDefine competitive compensation benefits policies consistent with luxury industry standards /liliOversee succession planning processes for key corporate and operational roles /li /ulpstrongHR Analytics, Governance Compliance: /strong /pulliDefine strategic HR KPIs and provide periodic reporting to the CEO and Board /liliEnsure full compliance with Italian labour law, the CCNL Turismo and applicable sector regulations /liliStructure Group-wide policies, procedures and internal regulations,



ensuring consistent application across hotels and trains /liliManage industrial relations and engagement with trade union representatives at Group level /li /ulpstrongAssessment Organisational Development: /strong /pulliOversee the use of psychometric and assessment tools (e.G. SHL) for selection, development and potential evaluation /liliLead the design of Assessment Centres and Development Centres for key roles and talent pipeline programmes /liliLead organisational design and change management processes linked to the Group's growth /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Law, Economics or a related field; br / a Master's or certification in HR Strategy/Executive HR is a plus /lili12+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibility, including at least 4–5 years in HR leadership/director roles /liliSolid experience in the luxury hospitality sector (5-star/luxury hotels, luxury trains, cruise lines or comparable high-end service industries) /liliProven experience managing the full employee lifecycle across multi-site, multi-business organisations /liliExperience in complex industrial relations, with strong command of the CCNL Turismo /liliIn-depth knowledge of Italian labour law and the CCNL Turismo /liliSolid experience with HRIS systems and HR Analytics tools; br / proficiency in Microsoft Office /liliAdvanced expertise in executive recruiting, LD, performance management, compensation benefits and employer branding /liliAuthoritative leadership, excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills at Board and union level /liliStrategic vision combined with strong operational execution capability /liliFluent Italian and English (C1/C2); br / a third language (French, German or another European language) is a plus /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliAnnual gross strongsalary ranging /strong from €80.000 to €90.000; br / /liliMeal strongvouchers; br / /strong /liliSupplementary stronghealth insurance; br / /strong /liliA culture that values strongdiversity, equity, /strong and stronginclusion. /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppemOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
