ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pWithin the Military Customer Support Organization, as Field Service Representative (FSR) you will be located at 46th Brigata Aerea in Pisa for a period according to contract conditions between Customer and Avio Aero. /p pThis role will require your permanent presence at Customer’s military base supporting Leonardo Aeronautics providing technical and logistic support to the AE2100D2 engine fleet installed on C-27J airplanes. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage, as primary interface, any technical evidences arising from operational and maintenance activities of the AE2100D2 engines /li liLead and ensure the effective exchange of information between Leonardo Aeronautics and Avio Aero, in particular with the System Engineer, Program Manager and Fleet Manager, concerning the management of the AE2100D2 engine program /li liLiaise with Leonardo Aeronautics operational department to ensure timely and effective response to technical issues; /li liWith the support of the System Engineer, you will be accountable for problem identification and possible solutions to support Leonardo Aeronautics in the decision whether to remove an engine from service, after evaluating all possible troubleshooting operations in order to solve the problem "on-field"; /li liManage shipping and receiving of engines, accessories and engine parts to and from Company sites /li liEnsure monitoring, recording and updating of the availability and the status of the engine fleet /li liSupport Leonardo Aeronautics in planning the maintenance inspections /li liSupport Leonardo Aeronautics on interpretation and embodiment of technical publications instructions and Service Bulletins/PTAs (Prescrizione Tecnica Applicativa), updating the engine configuration related to the activities accomplished at the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance Levels /li liLiaise with the Fleet Manager on the availability of engine parts and accessories at the Customer warehouse,
to support the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance Levels activity at the 46th Brigata Aerea and Depot Maintenance Level at the Avio Aero Plant /li liSupport Leonardo Aeronautics maintaining updated technical documentation (Engine Logbook, Accessories Log Card, PTAs, Compliance Status, etc.) /li liEnsure support on the management and use of the engine Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) as prescribed by the applicable Technical Publications /li liCoordinate, arrange and execute technical intervention of the GE Avio Field Team intervention at the 46th Brigata Aerea in Pisa or other national locations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities /li liLiaise with Leonardo Aeronautics, in coordination with Avio Aero Departments, service data collection (FH, cycles, engine and accessories removals, life limited parts status, etc.) /li liAutonomously execution, as necessary, maintenance operations tasks /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree or technical High School Diploma with previous solid experience in similar role /li liThorough knowledge of AE2100D engine models /li liKnowledge of accessories, installations, control and monitoring systems, as well as airframe interface/integration /li liAbility to read and understand electrical and mechanical scheme of complex equipment /li liKnowledge of configuration control rules, processes and procedures /li liFluent Italian and good level of English /li liGood oral and written communication skills /li liWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liStrong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs /li liKnowledge of bespoke Customer IT systems and tools such as SiLEF (IAF System for maintenance, configuration and logistic management)
