About the Role

We are looking for a strong Finance Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Italy. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands‑on approach. This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Accounting

-

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and company policies.

- Handle supplier invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

- Support month-end closing activities,



including reconciliations and reporting.

- Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and auditors when required.

- Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation and control.

Office Support

- Support general office management — supplier coordination, utilities, and service contracts.

- Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.

- Assist with procurement and logistics documentation when needed.

Compliance Reporting

- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and local employment regulations.

- Prepare or support the preparation of financial and operational reports for management.

Preferred Qualifications

-

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an international company.

- Familiarity with Italian accounting standards and VAT procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant. accounting software.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take initiative.

- Good command of English and Italian (both written and spoken). xysqume Chinese language skill is highly desired.
