Core Duties & Daily Expectations
In this role, you will act as a primary customer service ambassador for our brand, providing high-quality support to our Italian-speaking client base. Your daily workflow will center around the following responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction Management: Responding promptly and helpfully to user queries via incoming telephone calls, email correspondence, and live web chat.
- Problem Identification & Support: Patiently diagnosing account, billing, or technical issues and walking clients through step-by-step solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Database & Record Maintenance: Carefully logging customer interaction details, feedback, and escalated support cases in our central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Keeping fully updated on product releases, software updates, and company guidelines to deliver precise and helpful assistance.
- Meeting Service Metrics: Consistently meeting or exceeding your assigned individual performance targets (KPIs) while maintaining top-tier quality standards.
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
Language Skills
- Italian: Excellent, fluent command of both written and spoken language skills.
- English:
Strong professional proficiency (minimum B2 level) to communicate clearly with international colleagues and internal management.
Professional Competencies
- Interpersonal Strengths: Exceptional communication habits, active listening skills, and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortably navigating several web tools, ticketing channels, and software applications at the same time.
- Adaptability: Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced work setting, including flexibility with a rotating shift schedule.
- Work Authorization: EU citizenship or a valid full-time work permit that legally allows you to work in Portugal.
Salary Options & Living Arrangements
We offer two different compensation packages designed to accommodate your personal living preferences:
- Option A (Self-Managed Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, rent, and manage your own apartment in Lisbon.
- Option B (Company Housing Provided): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with company-managed accommodation.

- Flight Costs Covered: Full financial reimbursement for your plane ticket to Lisbon to ensure a smooth transition.
- Corporate Lodging: A private bedroom in a shared company-leased apartment for employees choosing Option B.
- Fully Covered Utilities: Routine household utilities—including water, gas, and electricity—are paid directly by the company under the housing package.
