With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will be also a contact person for agents and/or brokers working with the Personal Accident Team. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSteer and control the portfolio at local level in conjunction with the Head of Personal Accident to drive the achievement of financial targets. /liliProactively liaise with functional areas to review performance of end-to-end underwriting life cycle. /liliWork closely with Sales departments, Claims and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling. /liliEnsure underwriting consistency and underwriting discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework. /liliProactively support the development and implementation of new and/or modified products /liliSupport the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including agent and broker negotiations) /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /li /ulpbKey Requirements/Skills/Experience /b /pulliMaster's degree in Economics /lili1/2 years of proven experience in underwriting profitable Personal Accident business for Corporate Clients /liliExpertise in risk assessment and a firm understanding of policy administration life cycle /liliSound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills /liliIdeally experience in designing, developing,
