Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in real estate and renewable energy law. /ppbr / /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliAssisting in the drafting, review and management of legal documentation, including preliminary and final agreements for surface rights, easements, land leases and land purchase agreements. /liliSupporting the coordination of legal documentation with landowners, notaries and external legal advisors. /liliAssisting in the organization, filing and monitoring of legal documentation and project-related communications. /liliSupporting legal and technical due diligence activities for renewable energy projects. /liliCollaborating with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of legal activities.
