Fondazione Prada dialogs with an international and multi-faceted audience through a comprehensive series of partnerships with artists, curators, scientists, scholars, filmmakers, architects, musicians, and intellectuals in an articulated schedule of programs currently hosted in the three venues in Milan and Venice, opened between 2011 and 2016, as well as, since 2018, in other spaces in Shanghai and Tokyo. /p h3POSITION: /h3 pThe Learning Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for elaborating and supervising educational strategies and mediation activities relating to projects based in the foundation's various spaces, taking an inclusive approach to the various publics. /p h3TASKS: /h3 ul liEstablish an innovative program of direct mediation, identifying different formats forspecific target audiences /li liParticipation in in-depth activities in dialog with the Curatorial department, and sharematerials within the Marketing Communication department /li liSupervision of indirect mediation and interpretation activities /li liFormulate and oversee a program to develop educational tools and resources for thebenefit of schools and teachers /li liFormulate and oversee a program of activities directed at a younger public, either asindividuals or in a family context,
for purposes of informal learning /li liFormulate and oversee a program that aims to welcome and include individuals withspecific needs /li liFormulate and coordinate ongoing training activities for internal mediation teams andwelcome and supervision activities for external teams /li liSupervise direct mediation activities and workshops run by the mediation team /li liMonitor and assess the impact of the above activities /li liOptimize the methodologies used to run the activities in the Visitor Experience Engagement area, and implement procedures to improve efficiency and therelationship with the public. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liAt least 3 years experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience of the development of educational and mediation programs /li liA degree in Museum Mediation, Art History, Art-Related Education, or a similar subject /li liKnowledge of the practices used in cultural mediation and educational and inclusion methodologies /li liA commitment to the principles of Diversity, Equity Inclusion /li liSolid practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud /li liFlexibility to adapt to rapidly changing work patterns and situations /li liOutstanding relational skills and a sound aptitude for team working /li liAttention to detail, excellence in skills of analysis and written and oral presentations /li liExcellence in both Italian and English; a third language will also be welcome /li liProfessional experience outside of Italy will be looked upon favorably /li /ul h3BENEFITS: /h3 ul liPossibility to work remotely, flexible working hours /li liOpportunities for professional training and developmentEmployee benefits /li liPublic transport subsidy /li liFree participation in the cultural activities of Fondazione Prada /li /ul h3LOCATION: /h3 pPossible requirement for travel within Italy and abroad /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
