A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses. /p pFor our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Network Orders Administrator. /p h3MISSION /h3 pEnsure efficient management of network orders by monitoring order flow, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining alignment between Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, Network Nodes and Supply Chain functions, guaranteeing on‑time execution and customer satisfaction. /p h3KEY ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liManage network orders from creation to closure, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data. /li liMonitor order progress across operational systems and network platforms. /li liCoordinate activities related to Customer Orders Management and service provisioning. /li liInterface with MSM and MRP processes to ensure consistency between demand, planning and execution. /li liSupport network nodes in the execution of operational requests and order fulfillment activities. /li liIdentify and manage order exceptions, delays, bottlenecks and escalation scenarios. /li liEnsure data consistency across order management and planning systems. /li liProvide visibility on order status, priorities, risks and recovery actions. /li liCoordinate with MSM, Logistics and Quality functions when material availability impacts order execution. /li liSupport prioritization activities in case of resource or network constraints.
/li liMonitor service levels and operational KPIs related to order execution. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives of order management and network processes. /li /ul h3MAIN INTERFACES /h3 ul liCustomer Orders Management /li liMSM (Material Service Management) /li liMRP / Planning Functions /li liNetwork Nodes /li liSupply Chain /li liProcurement /li liLogistics Warehouse /li liService Delivery /li liOperations Engineering /li liCustomer Support Functions /li /ul h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liEnsure end-to-end management of assigned network orders. /li liMaintain alignment between customer requirements and operational execution. /li liPerform operational follow‑up of orders and related activities. /li liManage escalations and support timely issue resolution. /li liCoordinate stakeholders involved in the order fulfillment process. /li liMonitor execution performance and compliance with delivery targets. /li liMaintain accurate and reliable information within operational systems. /li liProvide reporting and visibility on workload, backlog and critical orders. /li liSupport process optimization and operational excellence initiatives. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE /h3 h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain or equivalent. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li2-5 years experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Order Management, Network Operations or Supply Chain environments.
