Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact.Role backgroundThe selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch.The role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.The ideal candidate is proactive, structured and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, execution and customer collaboration. This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, remove blockers and make AI projects land properly in production.Location: Milan/Rome, Italy.
