/li liCost and coverage management: Align recruitment efforts with business needs, optimizing the cost per qualified resource and ensuring operational coverage above target thresholds. /li liCollaboration and alignment: Work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Quality Managers to ensure smooth resource allocation, resolve bottlenecks, and translate production data into recruitment priorities. /li liReporting: Provide regular insights and reports on recruitment funnel performance, coverage index, and alignment between resource quality and operational outcomes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2+ years of experience as a Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Community Manager in the language industry. /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with freelancers and partners. /li liHigh attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. /li liProficiency in computer and web-based tools (CRM, databases, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards). /li liHighly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pBased on a standard level of experience, the offered salary typically ranges between €28.000,00 and €48.000,00.
